Donations generated more than $540,000 in fiscal 2015
FRANKFORT, Ky. (Feb. 16, 2016) — Commissioner of Agriculture Ryan Quarles will encourage Kentucky county clerks to promote ‘ag tag’ donations during the Kentucky County Clerks Association meeting at 9 a.m. Thursday at the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet

Quarles will be joined by Kentucky 4-H president Calvin Andries and Kentucky FFA vice president James Kash.
Kentucky motorists who buy or renew their farm vehicle license plates, or ag tags, can make a donation of up to $10 to be divided equally among Kentucky 4-H, Kentucky FFA, Kentucky Proud and other Kentucky Department of Agriculture promotional programs. Ag tag donations generated $540,357.15 in fiscal 2015.
