Game scheduled for 6:30 p.m.
LEXINGTON, Ky. (March 21, 2016) — The University of Kentucky women’s basketball team is playing for a spot in the NCAA Tournament Sweet 16 at 6:30 tonight against Oklahoma at Memorial Coliseum in Lexington.
UK (24-7) is the No. 3 seed, while Oklahoma (22-10) is the No. 6 seed.
UK advanced to tonight’s game by beating No. 14 seed UNC Asheville 85-31. Oklahoma beat No. 11 seed Purdue 61-45.
The winner of tonight’s game plays the winner of No. 2 Maryland and No. 7 Washington, which is being played at 6:30 tonight in College Park, Md.
The UK game also can be seen on ESPN 2.
