Will begin full-time after graduating from UK in May
LEXINGTON, Ky. (March 22, 2016) — Lindsay Vance has been named convention services manager for VisitLEX, the organization announced today. Vance will serve as an additional point of contact for meeting planners hosting events in Lexington, assisting with attendance building and partnering with the sales team to rebook convention business.
Vance joined VisitLEX in 2015 as an intern while attending the University of Kentucky. At the conclusion of her internship, she was hired and has continued to serve VisitLEX as part-time marketing assistant. Prior to her internship with VisitLEX she gained hospitality experience working at Home2Suites, Keeneland, and The Maker’s Mark Secretariat Center.
After graduating in May with dual degrees in Hospitality Management and Tourism and Equine Science and Management, she will begin her full-time role with VisitLEX.
