Gov. Bevin makes appointments to Kentucky boards and commissions

FRANKFORT, Ky. (April 29, 2016) — Gov. Matt Bevin has made appointments to Kentucky boards and commissions.

Walter Maguire, Somerset, has been appointed to the Parole Board to serve for the remainder of the unexpired term ending June 20, 2018.

Larry Brock, Richmond, has been appointed to the Parole Board to serve for the remainder of the unexpired term ending June 30, 2019, effective May 23, 2016.

Michael Bolcas, Versailles, has been appointed to the Parole Board to serve for the remainder of the unexpired term ending June 30, 2019.

Caroline Mudd, Lebanon, has been reappointed to the Parole Board for a term expiring June 30, 2020.

Marcus Carey, Spartahas been appointed to the Kentucky Board of Tax Appeals to serve for a term expiring April 16, 2020.

Carlo Wessels, Villas Hills, has been appointed to the Kentucky Board of Tax Appeals to serve for the remainder of the unexpired term ending July 26, 2019.

Gail Lively, Louisville, has been appointed to the Kentucky Housing Corporation Board of Directors to serve for the remainder of the unexpired term ending October 30, 2019.

Stephen Brunson, Fort Wright, has been appointed to the Kentucky Housing Corporation Board of Directors to serve for the remainder of the unexpired term ending October 30, 2019.

David Eager, Louisville, has been appointed to the Board of Trustees of the Kentucky Retirement Systems to serve for a term expiring March 31, 2020.

William D. Donan, Louisville, has been appointed to the Mine Safety Review Commission to serve for the remainder of the unexpired term ending May 23, 2019.

Mark F. Sommer, Louisville, has been appointed to the Kentucky Lottery Corporation Board of Directors to serve for the remainder of the unexpired term ending November 28, 2019.

Mark Haines, Glasgow, has been appointed to the Personnel Board to serve for the remainder of the unexpired term ending January 1, 2018.
