LEXINGTON, Ky. (July 13, 2016) – The prestigious honor was awarded by global market research company J.D. Power as a result of the company’s newly released 2016 Electric Utility Residential Customer Satisfaction Survey.
The survey collects responses from interviews conducted in four phases — from July 2015 through May 2016 — with residential customers of 137 large and mid-size electric utility brands across the United States. The sampling collectively represents 101,138 households throughout the nation.
