On dog parks, skate parks, walking/hiking trails
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (Aug. 3, 2016) — Louisville Metro Parks and Recreation will host 12 public meetings in September, October and November to gain feedback on future park amenities, including dog parks, skate parks and walking/hiking trails.
September meetings will focus on dog parks, October meetings on skate park and November meetings on walking/hiking trails. All meetings will be from 6-7:30 p.m.
Meetings:
- Sept. 6 – East Government Center
- Sept. 12 – Sun Valley Community Center
- Sept. 19 – Portland Community Center
- Sept. 26 – Cyril Allgeier Community Center
- Oct. 4 – East Government Center
- Oct. 10 – Sun Valley Community Center
- Oct. 17 – Portland Community Center
- Oct. 24 – Cyril Allgeier Community Center
- Nov. 1 – East Government Center
- Nov. 7 – Sun Valley Community Center
- Nov. 14 – Portland Community Center
- Nov. 21 – Cyril Allgeier Community Center
