FLORENCE, Ky. (Aug. 11, 2016) — Gateway Community and Technical College Workforce Solutions is offering a free workshop for business professionals on emotional intelligence from 8-9 a.m. on Aug. 17 at the Urban Metro Campus in Covington.
Topics covered will include:
- Emotional intelligence as a key indicator of success in the workplace
- Using self-awareness and self-management to channel emotions into productive behaviors
- Utilizing social awareness to manage and strengthen work relationships
