Will address talent gap

LEXINGTON, Ky. (Oct. 4, 2016) — The Kentucky Association of Manufacturers is hosting the Workforce Solutions & Resource Conference on Oct. 13 at the Lexington Convention Center.

The conference is designed for manufacturers and others to share what is working regionally and nationally and to provide solutions that are both proven and scalable. The intent is to have each attendee take back to their organization solid “can-do nuggets” to address the talent gap.
