Ground broken on Louisville bourbon distillery that will create 30 jobs

Company investing $12M in project

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (Oct. 6, 2016) — Ground has been broken in Louisville on a $12 million project to build Rabbit Hole Distilling, a bourbon distillery that will create 30 jobs, Louisville Mayor Greg Fischer announced today.

The distillery, which will be located at Jefferson and Market, will include an event space, tasting rooms, a gift shop, a restaurant, outdoor space and the distillery.

Owners will begin offering some products next month, including a four-grain bourbon, a rye whiskey and a bourbon finished in sherry casks.
