Applications being accepted for boards of directors for KCTCS schools

Deadline to apply April 30

FRANKFORT, Ky. (April 19, 2017) — Gov. Matt Bevin’s Office of Boards and Commissions is accepting applications for appointments to the boards of directors for individual colleges within the Kentucky Community and Technical College System and for potential trustee and regent opportunities with Kentucky’s major public universities.

Schools in need of applicants for boards of directors are: Ashland Community & Technical College, Big Sandy Community & Technical College, Bluegrass Community & Technical College, Elizabethtown Community & Technical College, Gateway Community & Technical College, Hazard Community & Technical College, Henderson Community College, Hopkinsville Community College, Jefferson Community & Technical College, Madisonville Community College, Maysville Community & Technical College, Owensboro Community & Technical College, Somerset Community College, Southcentral Community & Technical College, Southeast Community & Technical College and West Kentucky Community & Technical College.

Applicants wishing to be considered for appointment to the board of directors for any of these colleges should apply online at http://governor.ky.gov/office/Pages/bc.aspx. The application deadline is April 30.
