Free hospitality sector customer service training set for Oct. 24

Did you know that in 2016, the Kentucky tourism industry experienced its strongest economic growth in more than 10 years? Kentucky tourism generated $14.5 million in 2016 impacting all of Kentucky’s regions.

In an effort to support Kentucky’s tourism industry, The Center for Rural Development, in partnership with ExecuTrain of Kentucky, is hosting a no-cost customer service training in Clay and McCreary counties.

This half-day training is packed with invaluable tips and advice for those in the hospitality industry. Learn how to improve customer service skills, build relationships, win repeat business for the long term, and boost sales.
