In an effort to support Kentucky’s tourism industry, The Center for Rural Development, in partnership with ExecuTrain of Kentucky, is hosting a no-cost customer service training in Clay and McCreary counties.

This half-day training is packed with invaluable tips and advice for those in the hospitality industry. Learn how to improve customer service skills, build relationships, win repeat business for the long term, and boost sales.
