JEFFERSONVILLE, Ind. (Oct. 17, 2017) — One Southern Indiana (1si) anticipates businesses of all sizes to participate in this annual event, which is Southern Indiana’s largest business-to-business expo. The event boasts activities that encourage relationship building and networking opportunities, while offering samples from some of 1si’s best catering businesses and restaurants and an updated silent auction.
The event will be from 12-6 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 18t at Kye’s I & II, 500 Missouri Avenue in Jeffersonville.
Using the theme “Did you know . . .” to highlight little-known facts about the Southern Indiana business community, this event will draw more than 75 exhibitors and 400 attendees to the exciting, interactive tradeshow and offers all who participate the opportunity to network and build relationships with Southern Indiana businesses. Admission is free to business professionals who present a business card at the registration table.
The sixth annual silent auction will feature several exciting new items such as a Mickey Mantle autographed collage, a Peyton Manning Colts autographed collage, other autographed memorabilia from Bobby Knight, Johnny Cash, Elvis Presley, Jack Nicolson, the Chicago Cubs 2016 World Series and a Notre Dame three ring World Series set and a Chicago Cubs three ring World Series Cherry set.
Also available will be items donated from some of 1si’s local members including gift baskets, memberships, activities and meals. The auction bidding will begin at noon and conclude at 5 p.m., with winners being announced at 5:30 p.m. in the courtyard.
From 3-5 p.m., attendees can sample food from local caterers and restaurants. Attendees will also have the opportunity to network at the Happy Hour Networking from 4-6 p.m. New this year, attendees are invited to participate in a scavenger hunt of facts with those completing the fun activity entered to win a grand prize.
For the ninth year, PNC Bank is the title sponsor of the 2017 Business Expo.
