Jackson Kelly elevates 4 attorneys to firm member

Jackson Kelly has announced that the firm has elevated attorneys Patrick Dennison, Kevin Halter, John Skari and Susan Snowden to member, effective Jan. 1.

Patrick Dennison is based in the Pittsburgh, Penn. office. Dennison’s practice focuses primarily on litigation, coal, and occupational health and safety. He holds a juris doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law, and earned his bachelor of arts from California University of Pennsylvania.

Kevin Halter is based in the firm’s Evansville, Ind. office. His practice is primarily focused on civil litigation, coal, oil and gas law and commercial real estate transactions. Halter earned his bachelor of arts from Indiana University in Bloomington. He then obtained his juris doctor from Indiana University Law School in Bloomington, Ind.

John L. Skari, Jr., is in the firm’s Denver, Colo. office, and focuses his practice primarily in the area of civil litigation and has experience in a wide variety of commercial litigation matters including property and contract disputes for both plaintiffs and defendants. Skari earned his law degree at the University of Colorado School of Law, and his bachelor of arts from New York University.

Susan R. Snowden is based in the Martinsburg, W.Va. office. She focuses her practice in the areas of class action, and insurance coverage and defense which range from employment law to environmental matters. Snowden earned a bachelor of science from Shepherd University, and received her juris doctor from Ohio Northern University, Pettit College of Law.
