LOUISVILLE, Ky. (Jan. 22, 2018) – The Kentucky Society of CPAs (KyCPA) recognized newly certified public accountants at an awards banquet Oct. 27 at the Downtown Hyatt in Louisville. Also recognized in the program were those seeking eligibility for certification and whose performance on the Uniform CPA Examination was exemplary.
Dick Carroll, executive director of the Kentucky State Board of Accountancy, administered the oath of the Certified Public Accountant to eligible attendees.

The exam is administered by the Kentucky State Board of Accountancy in conjunction with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy and Thomson Prometric. Licenses are approved by the Kentucky State Board of Accountancy.
