Non-profit protects and promotes historic properties
LEXINGTON, Ky. (Sept. 2, 2016) — The Kentucky Mansions Preservation Foundation (KMPF) on Aug. 31 elected board officers and directors.
Elected officers: Robert C. Magrish, Chair; Bill Howell, Chair Elect; Trudy Burkhard, Secretary; and Wade S. Littrell, Treasurer. Immediate Past Chair is Dee Dee Moran.
Elected directors with a three year term: Brady W. Dunnigan, Dan Graves and Trina R. Sheets.
Other directors whose terms have not yet expired are: Ann Bretz Boone, John D. Davis, Ann Todd Dupree, Bill Farmer, James C. Klotter, Priscilla Lynd, Melissa A. McEuen and Kent Whitworth.
Founded in 1968, Kentucky Mansions Preservation Foundation (KMPF) is a private non-profit organization dedicated to protecting and promoting historic properties. KMPF restored and continues to operate the Mary Todd Lincoln House, the girlhood home of Mrs. Lincoln and the first historic site restored to honor a first lady. The museum in downtown Lexington has been open to the public since 1977.
