LEXINGTON, Ky. — Jason L. Lee has joined Community Trust and Investment Company Wealth and Trust Management team as senior VP, private wealth services manager, Andy D. Waters, president and CEO of Community Trust, announced Monday.
Lee is responsible for managing the private wealth services team, as well as administering key client relationships. In addition, Lee is a member of the CTIC Executive Committee which is composed of the senior managers of the company’s major lines of business. His office is located at 100 East Vine Street in Lexington.
Lee has more than 15 years of experience in the industry. He earned a bachelor’s of science degree in accounting from California State University and a juris doctor degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law. He is also a certified public accountant. Lee brings a wealth of skills and knowledge to our company, as he previously held positions as a chief financial officer, estate planning and tax attorney, and a trust specialist.
Waters notes, “Mr. Lee will be an extraordinary asset to Community Trust and Investment Company. He has a strong background in the industry and will be a great leader in our company. We are looking forward to the opportunity to introduce him to our current and future clients.”
Lee grew up in Roseville, Calif. and currently resides in Lexington. In his spare time, he enjoys golf, cycling and skiing.
