Here is another holiday cocktail that can be shared at Christmas or New Year’s Eve. The champagne gives the cocktail a celebration feel, while the bourbon brings it back home to Kentucky.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 whole plum
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/4 cup bourbon
- 1/2 cup of champagne
- Mint
- Slice of lemon
METHOD:
- Remove plum pit and muddle in with brown sugar.
- Add bourbon and ice into a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a glass over ice and top with champagne.
- Garnish with mint and lemon.
