Bourbon Recipe: Kentucky Holy Water

Bourbon is the Holy Water of Kentucky, this state spin on a Gold Rush will make anyone see Kentucky’s bluegrass and majestic horse farms.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1.5oz Kentucky bourbon
  • .75oz pineapple gomme 
  • .5oz apricot liqueur
  • .5oz fresh lime juice

METHOD:

  1. Shake ingredients quickly with ice for 3-4 seconds.
  2. Double strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass
  3. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
