FRANKFORT, Ky. — Gov. Andy Beshear has made the following appointments to Kentucky boards and commissions:
Reappointed Emily Skaggs as a member of the Kentucky Board of Examiners of Psychology.
- Emily Skaggs of Lexington is a licensed psychologist at Skaggs Consulting PLLC and shall serve for a term expiring March 11, 2026.
Appointed Debra Blackburn as a member of the Advisory Council on Autism Spectrum Disorders.
- Debra Blackburn of Pikeville is the executive director of Pikeville Medical Center. She replaces Dana Emmitt-Hall, whose term has expired, and shall serve for a term expiring April 13, 2026.
Appointed Carrissa Johnson as a member of the Kentucky Assistive Technology Loan Corporation Board of Directors. Reappointed Keith Hosey.
- Carrissa Johnson of Murray is an independent living specialist at the Murray Center for Accessible Living. She replaces Ricky Doyle, whose term has expired, and shall serve for a term expiring April 13, 2026.
- Keith Hosey of Louisville is a vocational rehabilitation specialist at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and shall serve for a term expiring Feb. 25, 2026.
Appointed Patricia Clare as a member of the Kentucky Board of Landscape Architects.
- Patricia Clare of Louisville is an urban planner for Neel-Schaefer Inc. She replaces Connie Allen, whose term has expired, and shall serve for a term expiring April 13, 2025.
Appointed Stephanie Lester as a member of the Kentucky Board for Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy.
- Stephanie Lester of Lexington is a teacher at Lafayette High School. She replaces Melanie Marrs, whose term has expired, and shall serve for a term expiring April 13, 2026.
Appointed Jeffery Walther as a member of the Kentucky Bicycle and Bikeway Commission.
- Jeffery Walther of Lexington is an attorney at Walther, Gay & Mack PLC. He replaces James Morrison, who has resigned and shall serve for the remainder of the unexpired term ending Oct. 20, 2022.
