Lexington Public Library Foundation returns to in-person Booktacular

LEXINGTON, Ky.  — After two successful years in a virtual format, Lexington Public Library Foundation is excited to welcome guests in person to their “Back to the Library” Booktacular!

Join fellow partygoers, in person, at Central Library located at 140 E Main Street on Saturday, October 29th at 7 pm for the Back to the Future themed adults-only Halloween Party. The evening will be music, dancing, food by Luna Food Truck, drinks, a virtual silent auction and much more fun! Costumes from the Back to the Future Trilogy are encouraged but not required. Join us to celebrate our amazing public library!

Tickets in advance are $100 or $125 at the door. Funds raised from this year’s Booktacular will support the Library’s education and workforce development programs, ensuring that all classes and programs are offered at no cost to participants.

This year’s Booktacular also includes a virtual Silent Auction which runs from October 14 – October 29. Bidders do not have to attend Booktacular to participate! Great items include specialty library experiences not available to the public, a halter worn by Triple Crown Winner Justify, a Game of Thrones collectors’ edition scotch collection, and so much more! Check back for more items to be added between now and the 29th.

Bid now at www.booktacular.org.
