PIKEVILLE, Ky. — Mark A. Gooch, Vice Chairman, President and CEO of Community Trust Bancorp, Inc., is pleased to announce that Cynthia L. “Cindy” Adkins has been promoted to the position of Executive Secretary, Stock Transfer Administrator of Community Trust Bancorp, Inc.
Ms. Adkins’ responsibilities include receiving, reviewing and validating of securities received for processing; publishing earnings releases and other press releases; filing SEC Forms 3, 4, and 5; processing the quarterly beneficial ownership procedures; processing dividend payments and the processing of restricted stock grants. Her office is located at 346 North Mayo Street in Pikeville, Kentucky.
Ms. Adkins has worked in the Finance Department for over twenty years at Community Trust Bank. She attended Mullins High School in Pikeville, Kentucky and is currently attending Kentucky Community & Technical College in pursuit of a Business degree. She is a volunteer with 4-H Adult Council and at 4-H Camp and a Pikeville Woman’s Club member. Ms. Adkins resides in Pikeville, Kentucky.
