Taylor J. Stuckey has been appointed Chair of the firm’s Trusts & Estates Service Group. Stuckey succeeds Richard M. Wehrle, who has served as the group chair for 10 years. Both Wehrle and Stuckey will continue their diverse legal practices in trusts and estates.

Farris, chair of Stites & Harbison. “We celebrate Richard’s accomplishments and look forward to Taylor leading the group. We know he will do an excellent job managing the team while still running his legal practice.”
Stuckey is a member (partner) of Stites & Harbison, based in the Lexington and Louisville offices. His practice focuses on estate planning, estate and trust administration, estate and gift tax planning, business succession planning and elder law. Stuckey also represents clients in charitable and nonprofit organization matters, business income tax planning and business formation. He is a certified public accountant.
Within Stites & Harbison, Stuckey also serves on the Lexington Office Recruiting Committee and the Retirement Plan Committee.
