Building would be eight stories, have 145 rooms
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (Oct. 14, 2014) — Downtown Louisville could soon be getting an eight-story, 145-room Holiday Inn Express and Suites.
Dunn Hospitality Group, based in Evansville, Ind., submitted an application today with the Louisville-Jefferson County Metro Planning & Design Services for the 87,000-s.f. hotel at 800 W. Market St.
Cost to build the hotel will be $18.5 million.
