Will play DePaul Sunday in Louisville
LEXINGTON, Ky. (March 18, 2016) — The University of Louisville women’s basketball team cruised to an easy victory today in the first round of the NCAA Tournament at KFC Yum! Center. The Cardinals beat Central Arkansas 87-60.
Louisvile’s Myisha Hines-Allen led all scorers with 25 points. Mariya Moore added 16 points.
Louisville plays DePaul Sunday at the KFC Yum! Center. DePaul beat James Madison today 97-67.
Kentucky plays UNC Asheville at 4 p.m. on Saturday at Memorial Coliseum in Lexington. Also at Memorial Coliseum on Saturday Oklahoma plays Purdue at 1:30 p.m. The winners meet in the second round on Monday at Memorial Coliseum.
