RICHMOND, Ky. (Dec. 14, 2012) – Richmond-based accounting firm Baldwin CPAs this week announced a merger with Christopher L. Hatcher, CPA, a professional services firm located in Louisville, Ky. The combined firm will retain the Baldwin CPAs name, and the merger will bring the company to 25 employees total.
With plans to grow in the region and hire 10 new employees within the next two years, the merger offers Baldwin CPAs a strong foothold in the Louisville market.

The merger is effective Jan. 1, and the firm will maintain offices in Richmond, Louisville, Maysville and Lexington.
