Cushman & Wakefield expand Ohio and Kentucky Project & Development Services

CINCINNATI (Sept. 25, 2017)Cushman & Wakefield announced the expansion of its Ohio and Kentucky Project & Development Services (PDS) team with the hiring of Nick Keyes, Angela Williams and Greg Angilecchia.

Keyes is the new director of project management for Ohio and Kentucky. Williams and Angilecchia are senior project managers for the Cincinnati and Dayton markets. The team works on behalf of client-owners on construction projects of all sizes, regardless of broker representation.

“With the addition of Nick, Angela and Greg, our southwestern Ohio PDS team now has expertise in virtually every area of commercial real estate, expanding our depth of knowledge and capabilities,” said Doug Bolton, Cushman & Wakefield managing principal for the Greater Cincinnati and Dayton offices. “This move enhances our ability to provide clients with the best value possible as we truly become a full-service provider in these regions.”

Keyes previously served as senior director for CBRE’s Project Management Services. From 2011 to 2017, he managed all client relationships, project deliveries, contracts and personnel for the Ohio and Kentucky region. Keyes was responsible for managing projects and a team that completed more $900 million in capital projects over six years.

From 2005 to 2011, Keyes was an owners’ representative and senior project management leader for Luxottica Retail. In this role, he supported the real estate and construction program management of Sunglass Hut, Macy’s Optical, Ilori, and others, and was responsible for the successful completion of over 450 high-end retail stores across North America. He earned both associate’s and bachelor’s degrees from the University of Cincinnati.

Williams worked as a senior project manager at CBRE from 2015 to 2017, completing more than $20 million in projects totaling over 750,000 s.f. She also was an interior designer and project manager at TDA Interiors & Architecture for seven years. Williams earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Louisville.

For the past two years, Angilecchia was a senior project manager at CBRE, completing more than $35 million in projects totaling over 1 million s.f. From 2005 to 2015, Angilecchia worked as a project manager for Venture One Construction, handling projects across the Midwest. He studied civil engineering and construction management at Cincinnati State and the University of Cincinnati.
