LEXINGTON, Ky. — Lexington Clinic and Flagship Healthcare Properties have entered into a sale/lease back partnership involving five Lexington Clinic locations.
As part of the partnership, Flagship Healthcare Properties will now own the physical locations of Jessamine Medical and Diagnostics Center, Lexington Clinic Ambulatory Surgery Center, Lexington Clinic Beaumont, Lexington Clinic East and Lexington Clinic Veterans Park.
This partnership is a real estate transaction only. Flagship Healthcare is not purchasing any business or operations of Lexington Clinic. Flagship Healthcare is only purchasing the buildings, which Lexington Clinic will now lease from them to continue to provide services to our patients.
