RICHMOND, Ky. — David Soper has been promoted to vice president, commercial lender, Kentucky Bank Market President John Hamilton announced Tuesday.
Soper will be concentrating his efforts in the Madison County and Central Kentucky market. His office is located at 660 University Shopping Center in Richmond.
Soper has five years of financial experience, which includes asset management, accounting and lending. He is a graduate of Morehead State University with a degree in accounting.
