Regent Communications Inc. has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy and reached an agreement in principal with its lenders for a consensual financial restructuring that will eliminate approximately $87 million of the company’s debt. The Covington-based company, which owns and operates 62 radio stations in 13 markets, will continue its day-to-day operations as usual and will not have any changes in its senior leadership.
