LEXINGTON, Ky. — Saint Joseph East recently opened a new outpatient rehabilitation location to provide more convenient physical therapy services for patients in the Lexington area. The new care location opened April 17 and is located at 211 Fountain Court, Suite 240, in Lexington.
At this new location, patients can receive one-on-one physical therapy care. The providers specialize in a variety of outpatient rehabilitation treatments, including ASTYM, dry needling, taping, myofascial release, the McKenzie method and pelvic floor.
These techniques can be used to treat patients in need of post-surgical care and trauma aftercare. Treatments are also available for those with conditions related to sports injuries, joint pain, disc degeneration, sprains and strains, ligamentous injury or dysfunction, bursitis or tendonitis, arthritis pain, fibromyalgia, headache, pelvic floor dysfunction and more.
