LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Morgan Pottinger McGarvey announced Monday that Olivia Slusher has joined the firm as an associate. Slusher will focus primarily on real estate law and banking and finance law, while also supporting the firm’s family law and estate planning and probate law practices.
“Olivia started with us as a summer associate, and we saw right away that her versatility and diligence would be a strong asset to clients,” said Mindy Sunderland, managing director of MPM’s Louisville office. “Olivia supports many of the firm’s practice areas, including real estate, bankruptcy and financial restructuring, and corporate financing and lending.”
Slusher graduated cum laude from Transylvania University and earned her J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law. She passed the Indiana bar exam earlier this year and is admitted to practice in U.S. District Courts in the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. She will be based in MPM’s Louisville office.
