LEXINGTON, Ky. — Central Bank has promoted Melissa Shimfessel to private banking officer, Luther Deaton Jr., chairman, president and CEO of the bank, announced Monday.
Shimfessel began her career at Central Bank as a teller in 2001. Since that time, she has worked in several areas, with roles including training specialist and retail banking officer. In her most recent position, Shimfessel assisted private banking officers and their clients.
A native of Georgetown, Ky., Shimfessel earned her bachelor of business administration degree from Sullivan University.
