Galt House to host restaurant job fair Feb. 26-27

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — The Galt House Hotel invites the Louisville community to its Restaurant Job Fair on Feb. 26 and 27 from 1:00-6:00 p.m. on the second floor of the hotel’s west tower. The hotel expects to hire 50 full- & part-time restaurant positions as a result of the event.

Those interested in joining the Galt House family are encouraged to apply ahead of time by visiting GaltHouse.com/careers to expedite the interview process. Applicants can also apply in person during the job fair. Candidates should bring two forms of identification and a resume with them. Some applicants will be offered a job and processed by HR all in the same day.

Applications will be accepted for Swizzle Dinner & Drinks, Walker’s Exchange, Down One Bourbon Bar, Jockey Silks Bourbon Bar, and the Hotel Culinary Program, for the following front- and back-of-house positions:

  • Managers
  • Line staff
  • Servers
  • Bartenders
  • Cooks
  • Chefs
  • Banquet staff (including stewards and supervisors)

The Galt House is seeking positive, dedicated, forward-thinking individuals, with proven restaurant or food industry experience. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
