Morning line favorite Secretariat (1973) won the Triple Crown Showdown, a virtual race with all 13 Triple Crown winners, in a close finish with Citation (1948). The race was broadcast Saturday on NBC on the day scheduled for the 146th Running of the Kentucky Derby, which has been postponed to Sept. 5 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
