LOUISVILLE, Ky. — PSST LLC, providers of integration and compliance software solutions for efficient K-12 school management, has announced the promotion of University of Kentucky MBA alum Mark Lattis to chief executive officer. Lattis joined PSST as its CFO in November 2019, institutionalizing blue-chip operational best practices.

A CPA and chartered financial Analyst (CFA), Lattis was previously assistant controller for Yum! Brands, a Fortune 500 corporation with 43,500 restaurants in 135 countries, where he was instrumental in driving both operational efficiencies and margin enhancements.
Lattis also has significant experience as an entrepreneur and owner-operator, and earned an MBA from the University of Kentucky.
