Beshear makes appointments to Kentucky boards and commissions

FRANKFORT, Ky. — Gov. Andy Beshear has made the following appointments to Kentucky boards and commissions.

Gov. Beshear has appointed John Muller a member of the Advisory Council for Medical Assistance.

  • John Muller of Fort Thomas is a nursing home administrator for Carespring Healthcare. He shall replace Jay Trumbo, whose term has expired. Dr. Muller shall serve for a term expiring April 15, 2024.

Gov. Beshear has appointed Jonas Neihoff and Lindsay Batts as members of the West Kentucky Community and Technical College Nominating Commission.

  • Jonas Neihoff of Paducah is the Director of Innovation and Strategic Initiatives for Beltline Electric. He shall replace Alexander Blackwell, whose term has expired. Mr. Neihoff shall serve for a term expiring April 15, 2024.
  • Lindsay Batts of Paducah is the Registration Coordinator for the American Quilter Society. She shall replace Amy Futrell, whose term has expired. Ms. Batts shall serve for a term expiring April 15, 2024.

Gov. Beshear has appointed Raymond Daniels as a member of the Tourism Development Finance Authority.

  • Raymond Daniels of Lexington is the owner of Equity Solutions Group. He shall replace Matthew Hayden, whose term has expired. Mr. Daniels shall serve for a term expiring April 21, 2024.

Gov. Beshear has appointed David Karem, Crit Luallen, and Roger Crittenden as members of the Executive Branch Ethics Commission.

  • David Karem of Louisville is the Executive Director of the Louisville Waterfront Development Corp. He shall serve a four-year term.
  • Crit Luallen of Frankfort is retired. She shall serve a four-year term.
  • Roger Crittenden of Frankfort is retired. He shall serve a three-year term.

Gov. Beshear has appointed Harry Clark as a member of the Kentucky 911 Services Board.

  • Harry Clark of Morehead serves as the County Judge Executive for Rowan County. He replaces Roddy Harrison, whose term has expired. Mr. Clark shall serve a term expiring July 15, 2022.

Gov. Beshear has appointed William Collins as a member of the Kentucky Board of Dentistry.

  • William Collins of Pikeville is a dentist at the Red Bird Clinic. He shall replace Louis Beto, whose term has expired. Dr. Collins shall serve for a term expiring June 30, 2024.

Gov. Beshear has appointed Jacinthe Evensen as a member of the Transportation Engineering and Engineering-Related Services Selection Committee.

  • Jacinthe Evensen of Louisville is a teacher at the Archdioceses of Louisville. She shall replace Kellie Baker, whose term has expired. Mrs. Evensen shall serve for a term expiring June 4, 2021.

Gov. Beshear has reappointed Anthony Donahue and Stephen LeLaurin as member of the Judicial Form Retirement System.

  • Anthony Donahue of Somerset is an attorney for Donahue Law Group PSC. He shall serve for a term expiring June 30, 2024.
  • Stephen LeLaurin of Louisville is a retired investment professional. Mr. LeLaurin shall serve for a term expiring June 30, 2024.
