LEXINGTON, Ky. — To staff up for a busy 2021-22 event season, Rupp Arena will host a job fair on July 24 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Starting in September, when Rupp reopens, over 300 seasonal positions are available in departments such as security, guest services, box office, concessions and parking.
“This season is going to be busy with a full roster of events ranging from concerts, family events and sports. We are currently looking for reliable individuals who are interested in seasonal work in a team environment,” said Carl Hall, director of arena management.
The Rupp Arena Job Fair will take place at Central Bank Center, High Street entrance. Applicants must be 18 years or older and may be subject to a background check and a drug test. There are additional full-time opportunities in event support (setup/strike/cleanup) that will be part of the job fair as well.
