NAI Isaac brings Chick-fil-A downtown, Texas Roadhouse to Beaumont Centre

LEXINGTON, Ky. (April 24, 2012) — Chick-fil-A has opened a limited-service location on the fifth floor of Chase Tower at 201 East Main Street in downtown Lexington. The restaurant, which has an abbreviated menu, will be open for lunch from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. weekdays.

Food is delivered to the Chase Tower from Chick-fil-A’s Fayette Mall location, so it is first come, first serve. Chase Tower is leased and managed by NAI Isaac Commercial Properties.

Texas Roadhouse will open its second location in Lexington in Beaumont Centre. The restaurant will construct its new proto-type restaurant design on two acres of land at 3030 Lakecrest Circle, just off Harrodsburg Road.

Texas Roadhouse first opened in 1993 and is now an international restaurant with over 366 locations across the United States.  The Beaumont Centre Texas Roadhouse is slated to open in August 2012.

Al Isaac, president of NAI Isaac Commercial Properties, represented the landlord and Michael Tabor of Trio Commercial represented the tenant in the long-term lease.
