Lexington, Ky. – BB&T has hired Laura Boison as a senior vice president and business services officer. Boison is based at the company’s Lexington Main Office.
Boison brings more than 30 years in financial services industry to her new role.
The Lexington, Ky., native earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and an MBA with a concentration in finance and strategy from the University of Kentucky’s Gatton School of Business and Economics.
Boison has previously served as the market president for U.S. Bank, and worked for 30 years at local financial institutions First Security Nation Bank, Bank One and ultimately Chase Bank.
