Cardinals play Friday, Wildcats Saturday
LEXINGTON, Ky. (March 15, 2016) — The University of Kentucky and University of Louisville women’s basketball teams will host NCAA Tournament games on Friday and Saturday.
Louisville (25-7) earned a No. 3 seed and will play No. 14 Central Arkansas (28-3) at 2:30 p.m. Friday at the KFC Yum! Center. Also on Friday at the KFC Yum! Center No. 6 Depaul (25-8) will play No. 11 James Madison (27-5) at noon. The winners meet in the second round at the KFC Yum! Center.
Kentucky (23-7) also earned a No. 3 seed and will play No. 14 UNC Asheville (26-6) at 4 p.m. on Saturday at Memorial Coliseum in Lexington. Also at Memorial Coliseum on Saturday No. 6. Oklahoma (21-10) plays No. 11 Purdue (20-11) at 1:30 p.m. The winners meet in the second round at Memorial Coliseum.
