LOUISVILLE, Ky. (May. 24, 2012) — Brown-Forman’s (NYSE: BFA) (NYSE: BFB) board of directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.35 cents per share on its Class A and Class B Common Stock. Stockholders of record on June 6 will receive the cash dividend on July 2.
Brown-Forman has paid regular quarterly cash dividends for 66 consecutive years and is part of the Standard & Poor’s 500 Dividend Aristocrats Index which is comprised of an elite list of only 51 companies that have consistently increased their cash dividend every year for over 25 years.
