LOUISVILLE, Ky. (July 11, 2016) – The Bourbon Review has compiled a list of America’s 80 Best Bourbon Bars as part of the magazine’s eighth anniversary issue. During National Bourbon Heritage Month, The Bourbon Review will partner with Four Roses Bourbon for a nationwide “toast” to each of the 80 establishments selected.

“It’s great to see Bourbon become a nationwide phenomenon and we owe a lot of the new interest to those bars that are proud to serve it or even build their entire theme around it,” said Justin Thompson of The Bourbon Review. “We’re very excited to expand our list to 80 deserving bars that take their selection, employee education and customer experience of tasting Bourbon to the highest level.”

The Bourbon Review compiled the list of establishments, broken down by regions: Bourbon Country region; Midwest region; Northeast region; Southern region; Western region.

A nationwide “toast” will take place on Friday, September 30, when The Bourbon Review and Four Roses Bourbon will encourage fans to take part by tagging their favorite bourbon bar from the list using the hashtag #80Toast.

In addition to the toast, on-site visits to select winning Bourbon bars across the country by Four Roses Bourbon and The Bourbon Review are planned in September and October.

“We are proud to once again help The Bourbon Review celebrate their Best 80 list,” said Brent Elliott, Four Roses Master Distiller. “It’s an honor to recognize and toast these establishments who take their Bourbon as seriously as we do.”
