FRANKFORT, Ky. (Dec. 8, 2017) – HVAC manufacturer Kentuckiana Curb Company Inc. plans to invest $24.5 million on a new and expanded facility in Louisville, preserving 72 jobs and creating 63 additional positions averaging $29 per hour with benefits.

State officials approved economic development incentives for the project this morning in Frankfort at a monthly Kentucky Economic Development Finance Authority (KEDFA) board meeting.

To help retain Kentuckiana Curb Company in Jefferson Co., the KEDFA board approved $2.5 million in tax breaks over the next 10 years if the company fulfills its plans to invest and create full-time, permanent jobs.

The company is expanding its production capabilities to capture an emerging market for 100 percent outside air HVAC products.

Kentuckiana Curb Company opened in Jefferson Co. in 1979, establishing a world class HVAC manufacturing facility.
