Greater Louisville Inc. welcomes new board members

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (Jan. 18, 2018) – Greater Louisville Inc. would like to welcome four new members to the GLI Board of Directors. These business leaders were officially voted into their positions on Jan. 17, 2018. The three new voting directors are:

Condrad M. Daniels, president of HJI Supply Chain Solutions, serves on the Executive Board of Directors of the Louisville Urban League and Leadership Louisville. In 2001 he joined HJI Supply Chain Solutions, and in his 16 ½ year career served as vice president of operations and chief operating officer.

G. Bradley Smith, partner at MCM CPAs & Advisors, leads the firm’s Assurance Practice and is the practice leader for the Public Company Services group. He focuses on middle market growth oriented companies in a wide range of commercial-related entities and industries.

Jennifer Willis, vice president for Commercial Sales in Kentucky, Indiana, and Ohio for Humana, is a sales leader who provides well-being and employee productivity solutions to various employer groups. She previously served at Humana as a practice leader for Humana’s Arizona and Nevada markets. Willis is also a board member of the Oldham County Education Foundation and the Oldham Country Metro United Way.

Additionally, one non-voting Representative Director was selected:

Christen McDonough Boone, president and CEO of the Fund for the Arts, builds a stronger, more vibrant community through the arts. Boone has served in leadership roles for some of the country’s most treasured cultural institutions and has raised nearly $250 million for regional nonprofit organizations including Actors Theatre of Louisville, the High Museum of Art in Atlanta, Cincinnati’s Fine Arts Fund, and The Parklands of Floyds Fork, one of the nation’s largest new urban parks.

Greater Louisville Inc. is a private, non-profit 501(c)(6) organization governed by a volunteer board of directors consisting of 45 voting members and 23 non-voting members. The Executive Committee of the Board is made up of 11 elected members from the Board of Directors. Officers of the Board include the Chair, Immediate Past Chair, Incoming Chair, Secretary, and Treasurer.
