New leadership for Kentucky businesses

Lynsey Jordan has joined Lexington architecture firm Alt32 Architecture/Design as marketing director and office administrator.

BANKING/FINANCE

Eric White has joined Nicholasville-based Spectrum Financial Alliance as director of acquisitions and enterprise development.

Laura Martin has been promoted to assistant vice president – financial center manager, deposit production and treasury management for Bank of the Bluegrass in Lexington.

Nathan T. Wright Jr. has joined Community Trust and Investment Co. as a vice president, compliance officer in the company’s Lexington office.

Selina Shepherd has joined Community Trust and Investment Co.’s wealth and trust management team in Lexington as assistant vice president, relationship officer for private wealth services.

Tom Bannon has joined Louisville-based Eclipse Bank as senior vice president and commercial banking team leader.

Guy A. Huguelet III has been named vice president of sales for Lexington-based Dupree Financial Group.

Jim Heider has joined Paducah Bank’s Louisville office as vice president, senior commercial relationship manager. Felisha Dowdy has joined the Louisville office as assistant vice president, senior community banking and treasury management relationship manager.

Cumberland Valley National Bank has announced the following appointments in their Central Kentucky market: Jeremy Rigney has joined the bank’s Madison County market as vice president and commercial lender.
Dennis Tindle has been named vice president and mortgage loan specialist for CVNB in Pulaski and surrounding counties.

CONSTRUCTION

Mark Hill has been promoted to vice president and Lexington region leader in charge of construction operations and performance for Messer Construction Co.’s Lexington office.

FOOD/SPIRITS/HOSPITALITY

Sarah Robbins has been named chief operating officer for Louisville-based 21c Museum Hotels.

EDUCATION

Brian Buford has been named director of employee development and success at the University of Louisville, effective Dec. 3.

Brian Wilcox has been named associate vice president of capital construction and facilities services at Eastern Kentucky University.

Nancy Lang has been named associate director of the Northern Kentucky University Center for Economic Education.

Larry Ferguson has been named president of Ashland Community and Technical College.

Lynn Godsey has been named campus director for Bluegrass Community and Technical College’s Georgetown-Scott County campus. Tiffany Drury has been named campus director for BCTC’s Lawrenceburg campus.

GOVERNMENT

Brad Montell has been named director of government relations for the Kentucky Department of Education.

■ The Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services has announced the following appointments within the Department for Medicaid Services: Commissioner – Carol H. Steckel; Senior Deputy Commissioner – Jill Hunter; and Director of Provider Relations – David Gray. Kathleen Hines has been appointed executive advisor within the Office of Health Data and Analytics to serve as chief privacy officer for the Cabinet. Within the Department for Public Health, Kelly Alexander has been appointed as executive advisor to serve as a liaison with stakeholders and the public health community. Devon McFadden has been appointed director of the division of prevention and quality improvement. In the Office of Autism, Jonathan “Tal” Curry has been appointed executive director.

INSURANCE

Heather Rosato has been named chief marketing officer for DPL Financial Partners, a Louisville-based insurance network for registered investment advisors.

LEGAL

James “Jamie” McKiernan III has joined the litigation team of McBrayer, McGinnis, Leslie & Kirkland’s Louisville office.

MANUFACTURING

Sylvia Buxton has been named president and chief executive officer of Perfetti Van Melle North America, a confectionary company based in Erlanger.

Antonio Boadas has been appointed chief communications officer for Louisville-based GE Appliances.

■ Ashland-based Braidy Industries and its subsidiary, Veloxint, have announced the following appointments: Julio Ramirez – chief financial officer, Braidy Industries; Kevin McNeely – chief operations officer, Veloxint; Phoebe Kwan – chief commercial officer, Veloxint; Judson “Jud” Marte – vice president of product development, Veloxint; and John Gaspervich, executive vice president of manufacturing, Veloxint.

Tim Pinion has been named chief of the science and resource management division at Mammoth Cave National Park.
