LEXINGTON, Ky. — Kentucky American Water has appointed Jasmine Mungo manager, customer accounts, reporting to Kevin Rogers, vice president of operations.
Mungo will serve as the primary customer advocacy point of contact for customers and regulatory officials and will oversee Kentucky American Water’s customer advocacy team, located at the company’s Lexington office. Mungo will also serve as the contact for major customer accounts.
Mungo, a native of Cinnaminson, N.J., joined New Jersey American Water in 2008 as an operations specialist and in 2011 was promoted to an operations supervisor.
In 2017, Mungo joined Kentucky American water as a senior operations superintendent.
Mungo holds a degree in business administration from Rowan College and is currently pursuing a degree from University of Maryland’s College for Business Management.
Mungo resides in Lexington.
