NEW ALBANY, Ind. — As of May 1, five renowned cardiology specialists from the former Kentuckiana Heart Specialists group have joined Baptist Health Medical Group, with offices located on both sides of the Ohio River.
This team of physicians, now called Baptist Health Medical Group Kentuckiana Heart Specialists, includes: Dr. Chris Anggelis; Dr. Connie Anggelis, Dr. Gregory Deam; Dr. Michael Flaherty; and Dr. Matthew Keith.
Kentuckiana Heart Specialists use a multi-faceted approach for patients needing cardiac care. First, each physician has a passion for preventative care, knowing that education and prevention are both key to improve the quality of a patient’s lifestyle.
However, when the situation calls for more extreme measures, the office has specialists on hand who can focus on non-invasive cardiology or interventional cardiology, depending on the treatment needs of the patient. Lastly, an alignment with Baptist Health allows for convenient patient care in multiple locations with services more coordinated and aligned than ever before.
Baptist Health Medical Group Kentuckiana Heart Specialists will see patients starting May 13. The Kentucky office is on the campus of Baptist Health Louisville at 3950 Kresge Way, Suite 303, Louisville. In Indiana, the group is located at Baptist Health Medical Group at Hunter Station, 7600 Highway 60, Suite 100, Sellersburg.
