LEXINGTON: James C. Baughman, Jr. appointed CEO of Office Suites PLUS

LEXINGTON, Ky. (Jan. 4, 2012) – Office Suites PLUS, the ninth largest office suite provider in the world and a member of the Inc. 5000 fastest growing companies announced recently that its president, James C. Baughman, Jr., (“Jay”) has assumed the role of chief executive officer effective Jan. 1, 2012.

Baughman is member of the company’s Board of Directors and co-founded the company with Norwood Cowgill, Jr. Baughman replaces Cowgill as CEO, while Cowgill will remain as Chairman of the Board.

Baughman initially served as executive vice president and chief financial officer for Office Suites PLUS until March 2001, when he assumed the role of president. Baughman is an active industry leader, previously serving as Treasurer and currently serving as President-Elect of the Global Workspace Association.
