LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The Leadership Louisville Center is expanding its leadership team to include a new position, a director of business development, and has added new staff responsible for operations and content marketing.
Paul Bolton joined the leadership team of the Leadership Louisville Center as director of business development. He will serve as an ambassador to present the center’s suite of learning, development and civic engagement opportunities to new audiences. He joins the organization after working in higher education for the last 10 years and will help the center achieve its ambition to grow as a national thought leader in the realm of social impact leadership.
Bolton is a graduate of the Ignite Louisville Class of 2015, has a bachelor’s degree in communication from Spalding University and a master’s degree in management from Sullivan University. He and his wife Michelle have three children, Brendan, 17, Sadie, 15, and Drew, 14.
