Event is March 30 to April 2 in Louisville
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (Feb. 5, 2015) — The American Distilling Institute (ADI) will hold their 12th annual spirits conference and vendor expo at the Kentucky International Convention Center from March 30 to April 2. Craft distillers from around the U.S. will lead hands-on workshops, expert lectures, distillery tours and tasting events.
Organizers expect more than 1000 attendees and 120 exhibitors which will feature dozens of off-site workshops at regional distilleries including gin distillation at Moonshine University, absinthe making at Copper & Kings American Brandy Co., rye whiskey training at Willett Distilling Co. and vodka production at Wilderness Trail Distillery. Innovative and engaging breakout sessions, expert panel sessions and networking events will touch on all facets of the distilling industry from grain to bottle and beyond. Members will attend a gala on March 31 where winners of Craft American Spirits Awards will be announced.
